  Service is different! You want to pay a bill in cash and are told that this is not possible! Apparently because of the money laundering law! Well, I don't have an account there, but you can deposit money to a business customer for a fee! Only bad!

  The two stars are only for the building itself. Please never park there!!!!! How outrageous are the prices? So with all the love... even for Volksbank customers directly. It would be nice to have a notice in front of the barriers! I was very shocked when I left the parking lot and saw what I had to pay for almost 3 hours! OUTRAGEOUS than anything else, especially these days! I will never go there, drive there or anything else ever again!

  I wanted to negotiate a real estate loan at the Fröndenberg branch, but Mr. M. had to travel from Unna to advise us. We received a pretty bad offer, despite countless other contracts that have been concluded between my family/me and the Volksbank. There was also 0 concessions. We felt like random people off the street who received an off-the-shelf offer, not like long-standing customers at their trusted bank. In the end we ended up with Mr. Gerlach from the Sparkasse across the street with a good offer.

  It's crazy how big and beautiful the building is. Very competent and friendly staff, I was helped quickly. The advice is very good and easy to deal with. The building has enough parking spaces. If you have a Volksbank card, you can get through the barrier system into the parking lot. Everything was very clean and well maintained.
