::Definitely ZERO stars! - Horrible understatement! No matter where it is, the customer is not the priority. No matter whether by telephone or in person on site, there are ALWAYS minimum waiting times of one hour! It ALWAYS takes several days over the phone anyway! The Volksbank has never met a deadline! Promised callbacks never happen! You ALWAYS have far more work and stress with Volksbank than with any other bank! The requests, demands and requests are NEVER fulfilled. The employees are visibly overwhelmed with the smallest request. False statements are made all the time! Is the staff really trained? And the list goes on, but I have already WASTED so much energy and time on this dubious, pointless bank. Conclusion: I have not yet experienced a positive thing at this bank. Neither real friendliness, nor reliability nor expertise! This bank is definitely not recommended, no matter where it is!!!
