  Absolute disaster bank. Customer proximity is a foreign word for them. You get the impression that they only work on rip-offs. Everything is communicated to you easily, but then unfortunately it becomes very expensive. Older people tend to be ripped off.

  What used to be a very good bank is now a mess, which is a shame because I was very satisfied as a customer there. Transfer orders are not even carried out in a timely manner. But I still give it two stars because the "old" employees were very competent.

  Unfortunately I have to write that it is better not to do business here. This bank doesn't even seem to care about retaining its customers. And I'm not a so-called bad customer who overdraws any accounts.
