  Poor pensioners are trying to get new terms and conditions confirmed over the phone. There is no response to emails in online banking. After being a customer for more than 30 years...but not for much longer

  Never again. As a long-time loan customer, I now had to have the collection account changed. Volksbank charges a processing fee of €20 (TWENTY euros) for changing the direct debit authorization. I can understand that you are charged a processing fee, but that borders on usurious. 1 star because no star is not possible.
