  Customers from other banks are refused withdrawals. This is no service and very arrogant!

  We were extremely satisfied with Volksbank Oldenburg. When we moved, everything was transferred here from there on time. But here we had to submit an investigation request so that the money was finally in our new accounts after many days. When the statement printer only output blank sheets, we were supposed to pay a fee for reprinting. Since there was no apparent interest in the customer, we closed the accounts.
