::Zero stars!!!! We wanted to open an account and were turned away because they don't have time. Since the branch is only open one day a week, we wanted to make an appointment for next week, but this wasn't possible either. It is questionable what the employees are actually employed to do. I will forward the case to headquarters and contact the competition. Thanks for nothing.
