  Seems to be a huge problem in the branch if you... Want to withdraw money at the counter. You will be clearly informed that you should withdraw money from the ATM using your EC card. I don't know why you have to justify yourself when you want to withdraw money at the counter. This is not a problem in any other branch. But in Ötlingen the women would prefer to simply do everything online and via the machine. If you don't want customer contact, you can also go directly to a cheaper online bank, but then you'll ask yourself why you go to Volksbank and pay just under €5 for your current account.
