  Formerly a good VR-Bank Asperg-Markgröningen. Since the merger with VR-Bank Ludwigsburg, unfortunately, significantly worse service than before. No callbacks from the bank advisor despite three calls from me. Am disappointed :-(

  Service desert Voba Ludwigsburg. So far I have been able to make my transfers and account statements in the Eglosheim branch at the terminal. I was happy to use that. Now there is a note on it: the terminal is being dismantled. Now I am supposed to hand in the transfers in paper form because I don't want to do online banking. Account statements come in the mail. Thanks for nothing.

  Really bad! I don't recommend anyone! For the 10th time I have to set up my online banking !! Every time just problems with it! At the Sparkasse, not a single problem goes there

  Volksbank Ludwigsburg used to be good and close to its customers, but has deteriorated enormously in recent years. Branches are closed and not even an ATM is left in town. With reference to BaFin, no dividends have been distributed on the shares in the past two years. Just funny that other Volksbanks did this. The transfer of tradable certificates from VoBa LB was rejected when applying for a change in securities account. The certificates were only transferred after reference to the certificate conditions. Even with the repayment of the unjustified account fees (BGH judgment), the bank holds off customers and does not want to pay. Conclusion: the bank is now a complete disaster!
