::Highway and parking fee rip-offs. I am a Volksbank customer of another Volksbank and had assumed that the information on the barrier was 1.50 euros per hour. It is not so. I tried to talk to the Volksbank, the answer was basically "that's just the way it is" and bad luck. I now pay 20 euros for 3.5 hours

::Never again As a VB customer, I got money out of the ATM here for my vacation. Anyone who comes up with the idea of spending €100 notes should think about it. Where should you as a vacationer get rid of these notes here? Then on Monday we went to the branch to exchange the notes for smaller ones. The young man was already overwhelmed and the colleague wasn't helpful, even though several customers had to wait. Result after 15 minutes of waiting, we don't have a cash register and can't exchange the money. As a bank in a holiday resort, VB should think about the service. I'm used to much better service here. Next time I'll go to the savings bank or get my money from Edeka, Penny, Rewe or somewhere else. In this case you should avoid the VB!

::I have been a customer of Volksbank Lübeck for over 30 years and have always received friendly and competent service. Of course, a machine can go on strike (like everywhere else), but for me that is no reason to disparage all services. I give it 5 stars!
