::In my opinion it's the worst bank I've ever met, nothing works, I keep having problems with online banking, the clerk is almost always on vacation, my branch was closed for months for renovations and then only open on Mondays so there's no appointment with you To have clerks, plus excessive account management fees, I switched to the savings bank in June and they still haven't managed to close my account, which was supposed to happen on July 12th, so one star is still too many

::I was in the branch today to clear up my mother's estate and I hope with all my heart that the branch manager will be treated with the same insensitivity and arrogance after a very serious and unexpected death as I was treated with in this conversation. Maybe that would sensitize them for the future when it comes to such strokes of fate. This would be very desirable at least for the customers and their surviving dependents. I can understand that the bank has an interest in closing the accounts and also has to follow legal guidelines, but that is no reason to be judgmental and insulting towards those who are grieving. I would advise everyone (at least from this branch) to stay away.
