::I have been receiving competent and friendly advice here for more than 50 years. When I have various problems dealing with online banking, there is always a patient, helpful young man who can help me. A few weeks ago, I was particularly touched by the sensitive manner in which a homeless man was helped up after he had spent the night drunk in the lobby of the branch. I'm sorry that other feedback mentioned that an employee was unfriendly. Maybe I was just lucky, or maybe the young men are making a special effort. Anyway, I'm grateful for that!

::Today, September 15th, 2023 at 10 a.m. I came with the nice little request in this branch, would you please be kind enough to make 1 rebooking for me easily. Instead, I only got 1 snappy, cheeky and stroppy answer from the very young colleague there (who was in 1 lively private conversation with colleagues / banal chatting) saying that I could do this myself at the machine. Just very unmotivated/lazy behavior. I already feel sorry for the older customers who are dealt with so quickly and without empathy. I definitely cannot recommend this branch! And the private chat with a colleague at the counter continued. I was probably a disruptive factor! Customer friendliness = zero Service = zero (this is ACTUALLY a self-evident service) No wonder so many VB branches are closing with such out-of-place employees. My complaint will definitely go to the main office, where I have the best connections. Such VB employees are intolerable and have done more than miss their job!!

::It's a shame that the door can no longer be opened at 9:53 p.m., even though the self-service opening hours are until 10 p.m. (according to the door notice) :-/ Luckily there is also a savings bank on Wolbeckerstrasse. It's open, it's just a shame that I have to pay fees as a Volksbank customer... maybe I should change...?
