  Very unfriendly, very arrogant, uncooperative and inflexible. Very unprofessional behavior. Refused to explain the next steps for a simple banking transaction, such as opening a safe deposit box. Poor communication. Attempts to explain the reasons for the employees' own actions are more than questionable. It should be added that there was a complete absence of any expressions of condolence on the death of a very close relative.

The machines only work The place where the machines are is bad, right in the middle of the passage, you always feel like you're being watched by the customers walking through.
