  We have been customers of this bank for over 20 years. We've never had any problems. On the contrary: no matter what concerns we were there with, we were always given competent advice. And always nice too. All employees were always helpful and friendly.

  Unfortunately it's always the same thing. With every request such as addresses or name changes, as well as email inquiries to your advisor, you have to constantly follow up because no one cares. Only after many days and pushing does the shop get moving, but without really competent results, but it is arrogant and almost cheeky. My advisor’s best statement was “just quit”! Well, at least they implement the fee increases quickly and in their favor.
