  Unfortunately, my last visit was not that pleasant. I clarified something beforehand on the phone with a nice lady that I, as a customer, relied on. The next time I was there personally and a not so friendly lady told me in a not too friendly tone that what I had clarified with the lady on the phone beforehand was not possible. I find that annoying when you can't rely on a statement. All the useless running around that one then has. It's also a shame that when you have a question you get a short and not really helpful answer. Perhaps a distinction is made here between the customers. Before me, the customer was treated very kindly and unfortunately that was the case with me. I'm sorry to have to write something like that, but you get the feeling you have what is what, you have nothing, you have nothing.
