::The bank does not provide on-site customer service. The vending machines are not always open and you never know when they will work again. The opening hours have also changed so that I once stood in front of a locked door. If you work in shifts this is quite annoying. So much for 24h open. I'm going to change banks, not just because of the bad service, but also because of the costs that are getting more and more.
