  Unfortunately the branch has been closed and you now have to go to Wennigsen or Pattensen for counter advice. Not very customer friendly. There is only one ATM, one transfer machine and one bank statement machine, which are housed in a small cubicle with no daylight or fresh air supply. Really a hit in the summer heat. With 3 people the room is well filled and you have to wait outside the room. None of this really does the name “Volks”bank any honor, what a shame!
