::Actually very satisfied, but the availability by phone is really worse than with the mobile operator. 1 hour before the branch closes, nobody seems to be interested in the customer. You go crazy with this melody on hold. Much too happy for the fact that you can't reach anyone! Feels like you're still making fun of it. Otherwise everything was great. ::I just can't recommend it. Personnel is often scheduled, blames human error on customers and is unfriendly and in a bad mood on 2 out of 3 days. I've had better experiences with any other bank so far.
