At the moment you are being pushed from one to the other, sometimes the consultant has too many clients which can't be managed, then the consultant goes on maternity leave, all the best to the expectant mother, now there is a new consultant again, we always start from the beginning, Just built trust, swam new consultant. I'm having a hard time with this situation, he came across as unfriendly and annoyed, that was my feeling. My partner and my daughter don't know him personally yet. With our first consultant I never had the feeling of being annoying. At the moment the feeling is "help customer threatens to order" I hope for myself that I don't have many conversations etc. there. Unfortunately it was necessary lately, I was also helped, despite everything I'm dissatisfied and just had to get it out of my mind. If I had one wish, I would want our first consultant back. Unfortunately, this wish will not come true. I think it's a shame that things are as they are right now.

::We have actually always been satisfied with Volksbank and the employees with whom we have been in contact or are still in contact are very committed. What annoys me and my husband is that initially one ATM is completely closed and in the main office down in the city the ATMs have been (almost) empty twice now, so you couldn't withdraw any money. And that on Friday afternoons. So not only do you now always have an additional route by car, but you also drive it for free because you don't get any money. Very unsatisfying!

::Since there are no longer any employees in the branch in Völksen and only machines, the smooth process has been very disrupted. The most annoying thing is that the transfer scanner very often doesn't work and you have to make a special trip to Springe. An employee who happened to be in Völksen today advised me that I should do online banking. Is that the point of a branch bank? Instead of offering to take the transfer with me (her office is in Springe) and instructing it, she told me “then you have to do it in Springe…. I just said that to the customer in front of you….” She also advised me to officially complain if employees passed this on and nothing would happen. I'm really considering whether I should switch to online banking after decades, somewhere else of course. Let's see….
