::Despite general power of attorney over BOTH parents' accounts, I no longer have access to MY money. They even blocked my rental account. I've never heard of it before. I have ongoing costs. No debit possible anywhere despite credit. I have the responsibility! According to the lawyer - it was harassment! I could have forced her. Bank has placed itself above the general meeting! They have completely closed online banking. I don't know who wanted to debit something in the last few days or who else something came from. I really want the bank change! There's so much at stake here. Ms. Hartmann from the Nordstemmen branch told me that she would get back to me within two days. She did not. Hold the voucher and then immediately open the account and another bank. We have to wear masks that supposedly don't when talking! ???? Our clerk at the time, Mr. Dankers, was the best! Hopefully he just changed internally. So with this folio - NO THANK YOU

::The bank employee was wearing a German football jersey, a plastic football flower necklace around her neck and there were German flags hanging around. That seems dubious and certainly not neutral. Other nationalities may feel excluded.
