She would like to make an appointment for Ms. X, but she is on vacation. Okay, we thought. We still have holidays this week. She looked and looked in the calendar to propose us the 20th of August (!!!), so in FOUR weeks. Seriously, dear Volksbank? We thankfully refused and left the bank. We will now set up an account with our subsidiary online at a direct bank. Takes 5 minutes, plus new video legitimation. - So 10 min. And that relaxes, from home, without appointment ....
