::The Volksbanken invest among other things in companies that manufacture parts of nuclear weapons, that is simply not acceptable. Apart from that, the functionality has been getting worse lately: Online banking requires a TAN to log in and view the payment history, but this can only be obtained via an app that not everyone can or does not want to install. The chat on the registration page says "No employee was found", for many things you have to go to the bank, despite multiple contradictions, letters are sent by post, including advertising, the online banking website also contains lots of advertising, there are several Bugs in online banking that haven't been fixed in years, and so on, an endless list. I now use the "Tomorrow" bank, which invests in environmentally friendly companies, has much better service, online banking that actually works and some other features. You don't get any interest anywhere these days.
