::Unfortunately, problems with my P account were not resolved and I think they didn't want to help me either. So far I've only been sent from one branch to the next. Especially very disappointing when you can show documents from the district court, but unfortunately they are not taken into account. A pity! Your “automatic response” shows once again that you do not want to participate in solving the problem. I would be happy to have a personal conversation or telephone call. The next time I come in person, I won't leave the branch until the matter is resolved. As the account owner, I assume that I also have a few rights.

::Dear bankers, Given all the sensitivities and over-correctness that you tend to deal with in your professional field, one would actually think that you apply the same standards to yourself and do a good job. The ATMs at the branch at the main train station and in Löbtau are currently not available - there is also no replacement machine. When I had to drive to Neustadt to withdraw money, the doors to the ATMs were locked on both sides and no money withdrawal was possible. When you made your renovation plans, didn't you consider that people might still have to withdraw money? Yes, even in East Germany people are allowed to move and think, such conditions are simply bad work. So set up replacement machines or make sure that there is access to the other machines in the city! This is a bottomless impudence! Best regards!

::The bank employees are all not very friendly and seem condescending. It's been a while now, but I'm still upset about one particular case. I wanted to deposit money and the machine was broken at the counter, but depositing money costs 7 euros. When I asked whether it would be free now, since there was no ATM option, I was told that I could apply in writing later after I had made the deposit so that I would receive the money back. It was not possible to issue this straight away. When I then said that this was very inconvenient and not exactly a great service, the employee told me he hoped he didn't have any more customers like me today! I was really stunned.
