  The support provided by Volksbank Chemnitz has suffered a lot in the last few months, especially in the business customer area. Banking pages are completely reorganized, so that important and necessary information is now missing. Promised support is more badly kept than right. Necessary agreements as an interim solution are not prepared or presented. As a bank, you can't afford that with the steadily rising fees.

  How can it be that one can not pick up the Gekd at the machine but only charge mobile phone? What sense then has an ATM in a branch?

  So I would not recommend this bank to anyone, because sometimes you have problems and the cancel one at once. They should be ashamed
