::Online banking was simply switched off and then asked to pay to switch to another system. If you want to switch to a supposedly safer system, do it at your expense. I had to pay for the old TAN device myself. It's not possible to just switch off... #edit2dayslater I have now looked at the new tan process. A TAN is now generated using the bank card via a QR code scan on the monitor. So basically exactly the same as before, only with a color display. Where is the innovation?

::I visit the Tudorfer branch regularly and am very shocked. The service used to always be impeccable, but since the big lady from Scharmede has been working at the counter, every visit has been unpleasant. The employee is very unfriendly and sometimes even disrespectful, which I have also noticed from other customers. When you use the coin counter, people tell you that it's no longer popular to use it these days. If a service is offered, I would like to use it without being hit on. I don't even need to address the behavior towards foreigners, they are treated like outcasts. It's a shame that I don't know Volksbank Tudorf at all.
