::Disappointing customer service I recently had a very disappointing experience with Volksbank's online banking service in the Elbe-Weser Triangle. Despite urgent transfers, I was unable to make them because the new TAN reader (which cost me an extra €15) that was sent to me did not work properly or had to be additionally verified through a complicated postal delivery process. Unfortunately, the support from customer service was inadequate. The staff couldn't give me clear information and sent me from one department to another without solving my problem. I am disappointed by the lack of efficiency and communication on this matter. I would have expected a bank to help its customers better in such situations. The fact that I have suffered financial losses due to this incident adds to my disappointment. I recommend that anyone who wants to avoid similar problems seriously consider switching to another bank that offers more reliable customer service.

::I have been a customer of Volksbank for 41 years. The statement “We are clearing the way.” I can only confirm. As long as you as a customer have realistic ideas, there has rarely been anything that wasn't implemented very quickly for me. The friendliness of all the employees is definitely worth mentioning. To date, I have never once experienced a situation in which I was not treated with the utmost respect. Even if there was a significant disagreement, the decision was ultimately made in my favor and everything ended well. I can rely on Hern Pleyn and Volksbank in every situation (no matter how difficult it is from a business perspective). And usually Mr. Pleyn is the one who looks at everything in a much more relaxed manner than I do. :-) All other colleagues always kept their word. This really is a reliable partnership “in good times and bad.” Thank you for that!!!

::I have been a reliable customer of the bank for several decades and an overdraft increase of 2-3 times net income was rejected, which is normal for other banks and card providers. Absolutely out of date and provincial behavior. You can lose a good, long-standing customer so quickly. I will no longer work with Volksbank Beverstedt for future banking transactions and can also recommend this to others.

::Personally, I am always treated well. The service is very good, as is the offer. The advice is understandable and transparent. Questions are clarified and misunderstandings are cleared up. Opening hours are not ideal for working people, but they should be set up in advance. I would be happy if you don't blink an eye and increase the savings interest rate back to 2.5%! For all. thanks
