  I was in the branch today and wanted to deposit money. I went to the counter because I also wanted to deposit some change. I think €4.43 The lady at the counter didn't want to do this because money should only be deposited at the ATM. Yes, I can understand, but he doesn't accept change. I can do this at the main branch in Bremen North. Not here. Yes, the time and fuel alone wouldn't be worth the few euros. So service looks different. It's understandable that small branches don't accept cash because there's only one machine there. But the large Volksbank in Ritterhude no longer accepts cash. More than weak. Why do I still pay account management fees? I'll probably cancel my account.

  As a self-employed person, I need a business account. I feel well advised and in good hands at the Volksbank in Ritterhude, the bank is not far from my apartment and even in times of purely online bank accounts, I still appreciate the human interaction on site in fixed branches.
