  I have recently become a customer of Volksbank BraWo, precisely because the general offer is perfect for me. I feel particularly in good hands in this branch and have rarely experienced such professional advice and management in a branch as in this one. Especially when I have questions or problems, the employees are always at my side 100% and advise me with enormous competence. So far I have only had good experiences with the private customer advisor. I received the best possible advice in a pleasant, friendly and professional manner. The service is also extremely professional and helpful. I was helped quickly and extremely competently. Even the management leaves nothing to be desired. You can certainly expect customer-oriented management and exceptional friendliness here. I am very excited!

  Service workers good. Manager uncollegial and unfortunately no empathy towards older disabled pensioners (comrades!).

  The three of us moved to a more customer-friendly branch. The customer service representatives at Wohltberg are very friendly, but unfortunately the management does not correspond to the motto of the Raiffeisen philosophy and that is unacceptable for cooperative members! Have been in this branch for over 50 years!!!
