::When my husband died young last year, I was initially left with power of attorney for the bank, but I don't have any idea what else to do. My late husband has been a customer here for a long time and has only ever reported good things. As I was there myself more and more often, I could only agree with this. I was always given friendly, empathetic advice. They were always friendly and answered my open questions to the side.Lastly my husband finally closed his account and switched here. The branch manager, Mr. Hajradini, opened the new account with me and helped me with all matters related to changing accounts. I was given very good advice on other topics. I can only report positive things. The branch is bright, friendly and clean and also hosts Mr. Hajradini is a young branch manager and just right for the times, his appearance is very positive and he understands what he is doing. This is how I imagine a bank branch manager of today, young, dynamic, honest, sensitive but always in touch mutually respectful treatment. I would like to thank the entire team, who accompanied me through my most difficult times, and I hope they will accompany me for many more years to come... Thank you and keep it up!!!!

::I can only give the bank high praise; the entire staff at this branch understands what politeness and respectful treatment means. I've been a customer and member since I was a child (first privately, later as a private and corporate customer) and I'm always happy about it. My personal bank advisor is Mr. Hajradini, he is very knowledgeable in areas such as investments and everyday insurance. He has been with me for a few years now and I can definitely say that he has saved me from a few mistakes. ::Unfortunately you can't give less than 1 star. Incompetent unfriendly staff. It's good that we're waking up the banks. You supposedly have to sign 1 to get your own money and oh no, they forgot all about this and that at the bank, now there are more signatures and things that are wrong and you honestly have to wait several days for your money??? ? So really impossible if I want someone to hide my money from me, I can also give it to my 1 year old really impossible.
