  We agree with the bad reviews. Nice and helpful only as long as they smell big money. A report will be filed for embezzlement.   Actually satisfied so far, customer service is becoming less and less. Coin roll paper is no longer available. You are forced to deposit your hard-saved coins into the machine, for which you have to pay a 3% fee... You are punished for saving! Many shops are happy if you come with rolls of coins, as fees are charged for each roll of coins. It's sad that savers are still being left out like this, after all, the bank also works with its customers' savings! Now, for better or worse, I'm looking for a bank that still knows how to provide customer service.
