  I recently visited this store looking for a prepaid SIM card. In fact, I did my research prior to the visit and found out easily on the company website that there was a €10 prepaid SIM card loaded with a plan which exactly suited my need. However once I went into the store and pointed at the €10 prepaid SIM displayed in store, the person (I did not get his name but he looked like a store manager or a senior associate at least) told me that I would need to pay €15 extra for the activation. Because I felt it wasn't right, I just walked out and to the Saturn store across the road, and there I only needed to pay €10 for the exactly same Vodafone prepaid SIM card while it was easily activated on site for FREE. So... if you are visiting the city and looking for a prepaid sim, just skip this store and go to the Saturn across the road instead.

  Die Siri, hat mich super kompetent und freundlich beraten. Ich wollte eigentlich kein Kunde bei Vodafone mehr werden. Hatte schon gekündigt. Aber dank des tollen Angebotes und der überzeugenden Beratung, bleibe ich doch Kunde.
