  Endlich einen Verkäufer erlebt, der einem das verkauft was man haben möchte. Durch die Umstellung von KabelDeutschland auf Vodafone bin ja schon Kunde und der absolut freundliche & kompetente junge Mann nahm sich Zeit und analyisierte meine Verträge. Durch geschicktes, vorher besprochenes Umstellen habe ich im Endeffekt für 5.- Euro mehr im Monat einen kompletten Handyvertrag. Tip-Top. Danke.

  I went there to complain for a very slow internet connection. They say that they cannot do anything! I believe that they do not feel like doing anything....typisch deutsch!

  If I could I would add 0 stars. It is the worst service (all services included) I have seen in my life. Never able to give one correct information, not even the opening times...big deception from their qualification...
