  Laundry service damaged my suits without giving compensation which made me very disappointed.

  First of all the quality for housekeeping is really good. Not only clean and quite👍🏻 Furthermore, front desk Anamarija really helpful and also the breakfast employee on the 10/15. Thank you for letting me have a nice 2 nights stay and appreciate for the card and sweets 😊

  Visited the voco hotel in the city of Dusseldorf. Must say that family room we booked was quite spacious and neat and clean. Bathroom was also clean but must say that toiletries bottles were big but perhaps quite old so needed to press multiple times in order to use. One of the bottle was also empty so needed to wait till the next day to get it. There is no mini fridge in the room so that you could keep your things in it for later use. There is parking in the basement but it's paid parking i.e. 15 EUR per day, so better ask upfront rather than paying 30 EUR upon check out for a 2 day stay. But free public parking space is available just 5 mins away. Buffet breakfast served is quite nice and lots of variety. Though be cautious of time coz if u r 1 min above the breakfast serving time but in the middle of eating, you won't be able to get a coffee and you don't want to ruin your day 😉

  This hotel was exactly what we needed for our family of five. The room was more than enough space for all of us. The room was very clean and we enjoyed the down pillows. The service here was very good, my kids wanted a late night snack so we headed downstairs and to our surprise, complimentary pastries and the restaurant had delicious wine and beer. The parking garage is very convenient as well.

  Let’s start with the positives… nice big room (we had the one which fits 4 people), good location with easy access from/to highway, quite a lot of very good restaurants not far from the hotel, breakfast - while the buffet look and feel could do with an upgrade - has everything you expect and good quality. Staff is friendly. Bed is comfortable. The negative, corridors and public spaces feel quite old.. cleaning of the room was not good. Empty water bottle below bed, extremely dirty air vent and drinking glass, hair stuck in the ceiling in the shower. See images.
