::I came here with suicidal thoughts and PTSD. The therapeutic care was good, as was the food. What was really bad, however, were the nurses. The nurses who do nothing for dissociation or panic attacks, who force you to do detention if you relapse, for example with self-harm. Therapists are top, hence the two stars.

::open station is completely clear. Anyone who puts 1 star in here hasn't checked that nothing will change permanently without their own initiative. nursing team was worth its weight in gold. I didn't expect the clinic to be good for me -- so if you're skeptical, take heart.

::I'm actually really horrified by the reviews. I think you all just have too many problems with yourself and are projecting them onto others. A review isn't even true since I was there. If everyone says something like that, the clinic is unfairly in a bad position. The fact that some of the rooms have come down is also due to patients. Boogers are smeared on the wall, spit on, holes are drilled in, etc. The clinic staff are always trying to do their best. But just as it screams in the forest, it echoes back. And even if the tone is funny, you think that we are all just human and everyone is in a bad mood. Who knows how many people have already been annoying before. Everyone look at yourselves more and please 1) stick to the truth and 2) look at yourself and don't constantly look for mistakes 3) and please write to the station ma about it. I wish everyone that you get well and that you accomplish what you set out to do and thank you to everyone who works there, no matter what station. You're doing a good job!!! I was on the P5 and am totally satisfied. Everyone who works there does a great job and is always there when you need them! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!

::People said we smoked! What wasn't is. And then in the middle of detoxification without medication, I was thrown out and had to walk in the rain to the vitos clinic. Now I'm waiting here in the cold tomorrow morning to get real help, nothing. So which hospital throws patients out of the detoxification ward at 10 p.m., 50 kilometers from home!

::I was there several years ago. Horrible conditions. Incompetent doctors, I got misdiagnoses there, overwhelmed nurses, they tried to sell me on a fellow patient's medication several times, forced me to take medication, the occupational therapist treated independently and wildly, constantly crossed boundaries and simply diagnosed something and said I had no right to treatment there Cleaning specialist called me a child in my mid-20s. Professional looks different! I don't want to start with the remaining circumstances and the few treatments that were constantly canceled anyway. Rooms dirty, safe not usable, no toilets in the rooms. Sometimes five or six people were accommodated in a three-bed room. Apparently nothing has really changed. If you really need help, inform yourself well beforehand. There are many good clinics that help you find your way and work in a solution-oriented manner. This one doesn't count!
