::Unfortunately nobody to be found at the hotel. Nobody can be reached by phone, either busy or caller unavailable. Had to book another hotel at short notice.

::Booked via HRS and after calling me for how long the reception is staffed, you find out that you are overbooked. Had to cancel my reservation myself because the employee on the phone was overwhelmed. The offer was still available at HRS afterwards.

::Was already the second time and will gladly come back. Very friendly and competent staff. The rooms are a bit run down but clean and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious, the bread fresh from the bakery and not so Aufback things. Great decor and collection cups with gold edge complete the whole.
