::Fantastic hotel, perfect for visiting local Hilti office. Breakfast is excellent Rooms are spotless Very welcoming staff. Extremely quiet location. The only downside are the extremely soft pillows, even with two you sink to the mattress. Requested different pillows but not available.

::I stayed for 3 weeks in the Vienna hotel during my relocation period to from Hilti Hong Kong to Hilti Deutschland. I would rate 5 stars for their outstanding service! - During my visa application process, I found I missed hotel booking document. I wrote emails to many hotels, but only Vienna hotel quickly responded my request of hotel booking by email so that I could meet vis application requirement. - I booked the room for one month, but I found an apartment quickly and Vienna hotel kindly adjusted the length of my stay. - The front desk staff spoke very good English and very helpful, including asking for nearby facilities, transportations, collecting mails, and so on. - The hotel provides free bike rent, which helped me a lot to explore the town and commute between the hotel and Hilti office in Kaufering. - The breakfast is very nice. I think it is better than the breakfast of the Hotel Hilti staff usually stay :)

::The hotel was very modern, clean and comfortable! The room was spacious and well equipped, we really loved the heater in the toilet! An area for improvement would be for the room heater to be stronger as the room felt much colder than the toilet. The staff were very friendly and helpful! There's a good variety for breakfast as well. Location wise, there isn't much to do nearby but it's quite a good base to explore the Romantic Road via car!

::We called ahead and were able to secure our reservation over the phone. The person at the desk spoke excellent English, which was a big help. She was able to check us in quickly and get us to our beautiful room. The room was spacious and very clean. The only critique I have is the room’s lighting. My daughter wanted to stay up later and read a book on her cot. We were not able to figure out how to keep the little post lamp on next to her cot. One switch controlled the entire room from 3 different locations, so all of the hotel room lights were either on or off. The map lights on the headboard worked independently, but that was not the case with the light by the cot. Other than that minor problem, we loved our stay. The breakfast was awesome and my wife was still raving about it 2 days later. Fresh bread, meat and cheeses, as well as the yogurt selections hit the spot. Thank you for a great overall experience.
