  The food it was sucked! Dont go never on this restaurant..you deserve much better from this. Too expensive and low quality. I dont write fail critics for something but you must know about before you leave your money for your “food”. I hope you gonna start to think to be better on future.I upload the photo from restaurant with the details (not from the service guy) to check it. Have a great day!

  The Hotel is located very central close to the market place and main shopping street. It's a very old, not wheelchair accessible building. Check in and breakfast are in the hotel across the street "Vienna Sun". The interior is mostly worn out and not comfortable or nice. First time I stayed there my room was 401 and backed off as I stepped in. Filthy! I got a different room 105 on 1st floor facing out front. Very loud because of the streetcar. It's a double bedroom with only 1 chair at the desk. The light switches keep you in the darkness. 1 Lamp to the side of the bed and 1 in the corner. The bathroom is remodeled and if the wall wasn't in the way you'd be able to open the window. I asked for a back room. 211 is quiet (considering rude neighbors) but the single bed is too small and the mattress is even 4 inches smaller. The remote control slipped into the gap and disappeared underneath the bed. Anyway it was uncomfortable sitting on the bed. You like "No sleep 'til Hammersmith"? It's your place.

  I cannot understand most reviews here. This is clearly a more affordable hotel and not the Ritz. We stayed in Room 308, which was spacious. Yes, some things need a makeover, but again, the 4*+ hotel is across the street. Best thing about our stay was the super friendly staff. We had multiple requests with different staff members at different times. Their behaviour was setting standards, even for some more luxurious hotels. We will be back. With pleasure!

  Nice rooms to stay in, as expected. Due to work being done, we had breakfast a nearby hotel. Location is just in the middle of everything worth seeing in Rostock, with nearby trams and busses going everywhere. The people working here were nice and helpful, and we got generous lunch bags on our last day, when we had to leave before breakfast.

  We got a voucher for your hotel as a wedding present and we were very sorry to see your offered us the smallest room with no minibar or any additional equipment! We felt as if everything offered included in this voucher was on the hotels worst accomodation. We were also surprised by the dinner at the hotel across the street, because the menu was already assembled together, so we didn't have any possibility of choice! We felt as this menu was the cheapest and therefore offered to us. It is not fair that you offer Vouchers and then behave to guests as they are lastminute and non desired guests. If we knew all this we would have chosen another hotel.
