  The branch in Speyer North has become very bad in recent years. ATM is constantly broken. If there is a complaint, employees will answer that we have no more money here, then they are unlucky, then they have to run to the main office or to Speyer West and that to older people. Great customer service 🙈 And again the ATM in the north branch has been broken for days. Unreasonable Apparently the north branch will remain closed until the end of 2024, but the ATM should remain in operation Over Easter the ATM in Speyer North was broken again 🙈

  Incompetent! Unfriendly! Not helpful with self-inflicted errors! Machine just broken! No staff available by phone! A callback is promised, but not kept. The interest rate increases 3 times within 5 weeks for the same loan :)! That's where the priorities lie!!! The fees have been increased extremely for only poor performance!!!! There's nothing more you can say about this bank!!!! Whoever goes there has only themselves to blame...

  Rarely have I seen such poor customer service: I initially stood at the open counter for an eternity without being served... because the employees preferred to talk to each other rather than take care of customers. When I was finally referred to the checkout for rolls of coins, I reached the height of Germany's service desert: the checkout employee got the five rolls of coins I wanted, but when I said that I was in transit and didn't have a customer account with them, he refused me the sale. I explained to him that I would be happy to cover the fees...even a higher fee if I wanted...but he insisted that purchasing a roll of coins was not possible for non-customers.
