  In general, I am a very satisfied customer at Volksbank; the service has always been wonderful and reliable. He still is. However, today I was at the bank and asked an employee for help because I couldn't get statements from an account. Not for months. The whole conversation was conducted in a very derogatory tone on his part, he looked at something on his computer, then tried to take statements himself using my card and it worked. He then got the extracts and the card back with a slight laugh on his part and the words "that's okay, did you put the card in there too?" So with all due respect, But I don't have to put up with being laughed at and indirectly described as being too stupid to get extracts. I thought it was cheeky and felt exposed in front of the other customers. Impossible and very unprofessional.
