::This is how VOLKSBANK treats regular customers: We have been trying to cancel a former business account since 2016. The procedure was coordinated with our consultant at the time. For 6 years we assumed that the account no longer existed and now we are being asked to pay account management fees for this period in the amount of 337.40 EUR and brazenly threatens us with legal dunning proceedings, which will cause us "significant costs" and negative Schufa entries. Ridiculous! Why weren't we told much earlier that a document was suddenly missing? I will cancel all accounts there!

::Once again, after 5 weeks, this bank can't get around to filling out a form and we send something completely different. Then they actually ask me if I'm a customer of theirs. YES FOR 30 YEARS!!!!. I agree with my predecessor. The ladies at the counter have no idea. This bank doesn't work at all.

::Worst customer experience!! Totally disappointed and upset! I almost walked out of the Volksbank with a nervous breakdown. Please don't put people at the counter who have no idea about their work! It got to the point where I had to explain how it works! So spent an hour in this branch and the result was: NOTHING!

::Competent advice, extremely friendly employees, short official channels and quick decisions! As another bank's advertising says, that's how banks work today! I can't understand some of the reasons for the low ratings here. Maybe why is it so often in life that you call into the forest... In business it is important to have a local bank. If the contact person is easy to reach, makes quick decisions and is also a “human being”, then you have achieved the maximum in a business relationship with a bank.
