::Nice Volksbank branch with friendly staff and new ATMs for withdrawals and deposits. There is also a machine for depositing coins and a machine for rolling out coins. The branch is located in the middle of downtown Bramsche.

::All in all, pretty good... only the online banking on the smartphone could really be improved. On the phone I was told that you can easily log in yourself using the app. However, it didn't work, so I went to the Bramscher branch to get help. It then took 1.5 hours until I could log in. We sat with three employees on the damn banking app until it finally worked. Security is important to you, but when three bank clerks despair 😅 and we have to do it alone. My head was spinning afterwards 😅 but I still had fun with them. But still very nice, friendly and customer-oriented staff.

::Untrustworthy! We registered for a building plot at a personal appointment and immediately checked the financing option, which was positive. Unfortunately, after the selected plot of land had already been allocated to someone else, the responsible employee, Mr V., called us and told us about another plot of land be free. On the phone he promised us that he would reserve the property and we made an appointment for the financing discussion. He told us that the property is now reserved until our appointment! About 21 hours before our appointment at 7 p.m., Mr. V. called me and said he had to cancel the appointment, I said okay, should we make a new appointment right away? He then said this was not necessary. The property has already been sold. When I asked how that could be, if the property was supposed to be reserved by our appointment, he just said that he didn't know how that could be, it was sold by another colleague. I then said that if you reserve a property for me, the other colleagues must also be informed in some form in our digital age. Then he just said that he couldn't do anything about it now. But I wish me the best of luck and I'm welcome to apply for financing if I find a property. Certainly not!!!
