::Great gym with 3 tiers of equipment. Often gets fully packed, that's the only downside

::Weiß nicht warum es so schlecht bewertet ist. Definitiv das größte und günstigste (und m.M. damit das sinnvollste) Fitnessstudio in Heidelberg! I dont know what people complain about. This gym offers definitely the best value-to-price ratio in Heidelberg ( I was already in 4 different gyms here). It is the largest and cheapest at the same time. Staff is friendly, there are many machines and different courses, e.g. a very good boxing course.

::Average Gym. Staff is friendly, equipment is broken a bit too often. Crowded during main hours, but that happens everywhere. The service hotline and service email was a bit of a hassle but I guess I had some extraordinary issues, however I am not happy with how they tried to resolve that. The price is fine, but at other places in Germany you find cheaper gyms that offer the same (or better) service.

::Nice, clean, big area. There are classed offered but if you're not into doing group exercises there are lots of areas with different equipment. There are standard equipment, free weights, machines, cross fit area, etc. There is even an area for women only to train on machines away from guys. Service is friendly too. And it's open 24/7.

::Have been going here for a month now. Almost chose to go to another gym as our first experience was rough. The first day we went in to signup for a membership thier system was down. This was a Saturday. The people were very accommodating and told is that we could use the fitness center for free until the system was up again, most likely on Monday. My wife worked Sunday so we went in early to get in a workout. The older guy at the desk was very unfriendly and even though we told him what the people had said the day prior he refused to let us workout unless we paid a "day pass fee". We even explained that we wanted to pay the membership fee instead, but of course the system was still down. After paying the "day fee", we started working out and this guy seemed to follow us around the gym. At one point we forgot to put a towl on a seat and he immediately was there to tell us we needed a towl. Much different experience then the day prior, when service was excellent. We signed up anyways after this experience as it was only this one older guy that works early morning that seemed to have issues. The equipment is worn and some tend to be defective at times. The center has no air conditioning or ventilation besides opening the windows. The center does get crowded during peak hours. I do like the variety of fitness equipment and tools. The day and evening staff are great. Much of the staff speak both English and German. The clientele are overall low-key and polite. I do enjoy my time here and always do get in a good workout.
