  worst shop ever...fixed my bike and after 10min I realised that nothing was fixed!!!!!!!

  trusted them to replace my bike's rear wheel and install new brake pads - the new wheel was crooked. the brake pads were a different type than what was agreed upon. and he would have given it back to me like that with a straight face. Oops! no thanks.

  The prices are ridiculously expensive and don't justify the pretty lousy bikes. Shop here only if you like wasting lots of lots of money for nothing

  While cycling in Berlin is amazing, this place has particularly unfriendly staff and even worse service. They run a workshop and a bike store. My bike repairing was expensive and poor.

  Rented a bike from these guys. Best bike of my 2 week trip to Germany and i rented bikes all over the counrty!
