::Online insurance requested, confirmation came promptly. Unfortunately, brokers have themselves in debt that the application was not forwarded immediately to the responsible insurance. Only when I asked after about 2 months at the broker, when I get the letter, I have been admitted that obviously something went wrong and the application from the broker was not forwarded to the insurance. Although then the application was forwarded immediately - the insurance was then 2 months late, because the insurance relies on the application date and the broker was absolutely not willing to regulate the matter in the interests of the customer. Although they have apologized and again pointed out that responsibility lies with VDD, but no solution. Conclusion: Completion premium collected and nothing done for the policyholder / customer to straighten the self-induced error. Result: The blocking period begins 3 months later.
