::Far too expensive food, especially for the service you get. Typical German passive aggressive staff. Leberkäse mit Bratkartoffeln 17,50 € and you get send off to pick up your own cutlery.

::Breakfast card doesn’t work sometimes. You have to walk 500 miles to get a new one. The steak was super tasty with baked potatoes.

::Hotel has a problem with flies. There are missing an insect catcher. I think it’s important mostly in the restaurant.

::We are traveling all over Germany and this was the best value so far. Yes, it's a little out of the way but what a value! Rooms were clean and cute. Service at the front desk and at the restaurant was great! Wild game on the menu was excellent! Then we also got to enjoy a wonderful sauna. Amazing!! When booking, it didn't mention it was an indoor ski facility. I'm glad it didn't actually because I wouldn't have went. We were pleasantly surprised and happy to experience something we wouldn't have normally went to. Lovely place!!! Loved it!!.

::Really nice place. Fun with skiing, nice food, kind staff and all together we had a positive experience. The place has good hygiene which we appreciate a lot when we are travelling. I can highly recommend this for couples who wants to have a weekend travel together. And you can rent all the gear for skiing very cheap.
