  I bought a watch for 189 euros at Valmano, but 2 and a half weeks later there is still nothing. I have regularly tried to contact valmano via e-mail but do not receive an answer. Then let post.nl start an investigation. Post.nl also doesn't get a very bad site and certainly not reliable. I still don't know where my package is and whether I will get my money back at all. I do not recommend this site and hope that I will get an answer about where my package is

  Valmano does not respond to emails. Via the chat on facebook you will be referred to the mail again. Their site says Professional customer service, well I don't even think there is one !! Also a phone number cannot be found on their site! I received a confirmation with track and trace on Thursday 17 December that the ordered item has been shipped. Then now on December 22, the package has still not been received at PostNL. If you don't have it in stock then say it honestly I could have arranged something else for Christmas. Now I am empty-handed.

  Products are not delivered according to advertisement price (sale). Afterwards you will receive a message that the product is not available after all. While on the site the product is listed as available but at a higher price.

  Ordered a watch... 2 emails and 2 months further and I have nothing! Only a automatic reply with a 10,- coupon... witch does not cover the cost! I want my money or my order....

  Nothing says “I don’t care about my customers” like shipping with UPS, the worst delivery service on the planet. Even though they claim in their FAQ they deliver with DHL, they actually use UPS. Big fail.
