::I’ve never encountered such a bad after-sales service in Germany! I bought a trolley and used it to transfer my washing machine (75 kg), and the wheels were broken on the way, getting me a lot of trouble. Two days later I went to V-Markt to return the trolley and the staff there told me they could not accept it because it’s not new! Of course it’s not new otherwise I would not complain about its quality!! And then he said the trolley was not for a washing machine but sth below 50 kg. My god, he knew nothing and talked nonsense!! I had to show him the instruction that the trolley could transfer max 150 kg. And then he doubted that I transferred sth over 150 kg… In the end, I could not return the trolley. And I will never come to this market again!!

::This huge hypermarket offers a wide range of products, conveniently housed in one location. From fresh vegetables to stationary items, clothing ( clothing section may not provide a shopping experience as a dedicated clothing store), furniture, electronics and even construction materials, they have it all A-Z. They have improved a lot in their product range, shelf arrangements. At times it's difficult to find a salesperson inside the supermarket to ask for information or assistance. They have a vast free parking area.

::Herr Hosseini helped us with a plumbing problem. He went above and beyond to help us and answered all of our questions. This man deserves a raise for his helpfulness! Left the store very satisfied only because of him

::Great variety on offer but it is 2023 and you cannot pay with Credit or Debit Cards. Also the nice cashier wanted to charge me a document folder (with documents and bills) that I had with me.
