  I went to the practice with pain. Unfortunately, they do not accept “new” patients. However, I've been there in the past. Allegedly that was too long ago (at my age you don't have to go there every year - so is that bad luck?). The fact that I had switched from private to statutory health insurance in the meantime has nothing to do with it. Why I was then asked, how long I have been in the legal, was not revealed on site. I was referred to other practices, if necessary also Hanover Peine Braunschweig. My conclusion: as a private patient I would certainly have had no problem, unfortunately it was "too long ago" ... Because I was not a new patient (they still had my data in the system and read from it ...)

  Don't patients assume you should just go to your family doctor ?! If you have a urological problem, go to your family doctor and he should refer you back to urogolgy in an emergency. Just being turned away in spite of the pain is of course tough.

  Have been a cystitis for three weeks and would have gotten an appointment in January. I could go to the KH. Does not work !!!
