::My one star does not reflect the quality of treatment in this hospital since I did not receive any treatment there. However, I had a horrible experience during my urogynecological examination. First of all, the doctors assistant was extremely reluctant when I asked about where I should get changed for the examination. Secondly, to my horror, she let an unknown man inside the the room to take the garbage bag out during my urogynecological examination!! I was sitting there on the examination chair, undressed with my legs wide open while the doctor was trying to examine me. And the assistant let this random man into the room! I was shocked, so much so that I could not at all react. The doctor took some time to respond and just told the assistant once that ''this is not right''. and the assistant just stood there reluctantly. This was a shocking moment. I couldn't think and could not respond appropriately. Good thing that I had my therapy session on the same day and I told my psychologist how this incident impacted me. My psychologist told me that I must talk to the doctor about how I feel in my next appointment. However, I could not talk to her during my next urology appointment since she attended me in between operations and we barely had any time to talk beyond the findings. Therefore I am writing a review here. I feel such sort of breach of patient privacy is alarming, even more so the reluctant behaviors that followed. This was a traumatizing experience for me and I still get wave of bad feeling every now and then when I remember it. I hope the doctors, assistances and the corresponding authority will show more sense of responsibility towards safeguarding patients' privacy. Allowing random persons inside the examination room can never be a good practice, specially if that is a gynecological examination!! This by no means is a good practice.

::Amazing team and clinic. It doesn't seem like a normal hospital: everyone was so friendly and professional, and you are guided step-by-step. Also the food was very good. I had to remove a 2 cm kidney stone and other small stones via mini-PCNL and the result was perfect: after the operation everything was totally clean with no residue. After 2 days from the discharge I had a small complication and I had to use the emergency one night: again, the team was super friendly, kind and professional and they helped me immediately. Everything was so smooth and efficient! Thanks a lot!!

::They charged me 450 euros and did not even inform me I that I have to pay and not my insurance. When I asked why was my insurance card taken, they say it's only for my details. Everything has to be paid by us and not the insurance and they don't tell this to you before.

::Extremely rude lady at INFORMATION desk. First time here to get a check up for a family member but first impression got started on a terrible note due to rude, unfriendly, and dismissive lady. Hopefully the Doctor can save the day
