  Despite the postage paid, I could not be helped. In a nutshell, I paid for the package on the Internet, but I ran out of cartridges for my printer that I could no longer print the label. The good lady at the checkout couldn't help me, showing the order number didn't help, and filling out a slip of paper didn't work either. Maximum dissatisfaction !!! now i send it with DHL

  Does not take ups shipments from amazon. Annoying when this is not on the website and you have to look for a parking space forever
