::I have been there some Saturdays ago. I had a strong sore throat and ear pain. There were two doctors. After one of them checked my mouth and my ears, he said that only my sore was red and the pain in my ears was something I was feeling because the ears are close. He gave me 600 mg of ibuprofen and 1 g of paracetamol for 4 times per day!!!!!! In that moment, I was feeling tired and not good, but I was thinking it was a bit too much. I went to the pharmacist and she also said to be careful, but if the doctor said that, maybe I could try the therapy. After 2 days of trying only 600 mg of ibuprofen every 8 hours my stomach was destroyed!!!!!! Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the doctor, but I am very very disappointed! Fortunately the day after I went to another doctor, I got a good therapy and now I am recovered! I am sorry, but now I will be very careful with all the doctors and I will tell this story to everyone, because it is not possible that you can get permanent problems for your stomach because doctors give you crazy therapies! I am very very disappointed! Unfortunately there is not 0 score!

::I just gave birth in this hospital. I can say the labor staff that was there for my active labor and c section procedure were great. But the next day after my C section some lady comes and grabs me to take me to a different location. I literally am 12 hours out of surgery and she grabs my bed and starts rolling me while she is bumping into stuff. They place me in a shared room even if I qualified for a private room. The nurse spoke no English and l asked if I can have a English or Spanish speaking nurse and nothing. They did not let my partner stay with me and was only allowed to come for visitor hours. I could barely walk or grab my newborn since my incisions were fresh but the nurses didn't help. I asked if I could please just go home since I needed help and was on the verge of a breakdown and they said no because they needed to monitor my baby which they didn't do all days took him at midnight for 2 minutes and brought him back and said everything was okay. I could definitely say it was the worst and traumatic experience of my life. If you are looking for a good recovery after labor this is not the location to go to mostly for non German speaking people. I wouldn't want others to go on what I went through.

::I wish I would have stayed home and suffered instead. I would rate this a negative 5 if I could. The nurses are the only reason it would be a 1 star. Doctors all have a horrible attitude and don't know what their doing. Also be prepared to be put in rooms next to people that throw up and cough up blood.

::The woman at the reception at the emergency department needs sensitivity training. They need to put someone polite, respectful and professional. When someone goes into emergencies it's clear that the patient will be worried, scared and looking for help. Instead, this horribly rude person decided to tell us off. Before going to the clinic I called the emergency number and explained my situation and they decided to send an ambulance. After coming and doing an initial examination they determined that it wasn't an emergency and there was no need rush to the hospital. They said that we'd have to go to the clinic instead. The receptionist told us off when we said the paramedics from the ambulance had sent us there. She very rudely and mockingly asked why we had called an ambulance and basically made fun of us for being scared and having called one. Not only did she only have just the minimum amount of information so there's no way she actually knew if the ambulance was justified or not (plus she is not a medical professional so what the hell does she know about the specifics), it is NOT HER PLACE to judge the situation of someone who is clearly scared and in distress. Furthermore, the emergency person on the phone decided to send an ambulance, I didn't request it. And I'm not a doctor so it is not my job to know how to judge what is or isn't an emergency, that's what the health system is for.

::My review is specifically for the Frau Klinik department (Gynaecology). I was supposed to have my surgery early in the morning and I was told to arrive at 7:00 am. I was there 15 minutes before 7:00 am, however, I waited till 2 pm with no one knowing when i will have the procedure and was not allowed to eat for more than 6 hrs because of the surgery but no one knew when i was going to have it. it was really a horrible experience. i ended up cancelling my appointment but thank God am fine now and dont need the procedure anymore. Point is, if you can pray about it, do so and get healed immediately rather than go to this Frau Klinik and wait till you die.
